On December 28, 1944, I was born in Guoyuan Village, Hangtou Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. After graduating from high school in September 1963, he responded to the call of the Party and joined eight classmates, such as Wei Zexi, Ni Jiulong, Zhou Shunxian and Tang Wenjuan, to branch to Yili, Xinjiang, where he worked in propaganda work successively in the woodwork factory of the Fourth Division of Agriculture of Xinjiang Construction Corps and the propaganda and education unit of the Political Department of the Engineering Agency. In 1969, he joined Mao Yindong Thought Class in the May 7th Cadre School of the Fourth Agricultural Teachers and engaged in fighting and correcting. In 1970, he went to the editorial office of Xinjiang Daily to help him. In 1971, he was transferred to the Political Department of the Fourth Agricultural Division Hospital as a publicity officer. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1972. In early 1977, he was transferred to Yili Reporter Station of Xinjiang People’s Broadcasting Station as stationed journalist. In August 1984, he was admitted to the Journalism Speciality of Renmin University of China. After graduation in June 1987, he worked in the editing and editing work of the Information Department of Xinjiang People’s Radio Station. He successively served as the Deputy group leader of the Political and Text Group of the Ministry of Public Information, the management group leader of local journalists, the deputy director of the Radio Editorial Office, and the Secretary of the Party Branch ( In 1995, he was transferred to Xinjiang Radio and Television Newspaper as Editorial Director, and in 1996 he was promoted to Editorial Director. Retired in early 2005 and settled in Shanghai.
